Here are a few tips to make sure your presentation is successful. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

2. Onsite Preview & Final Submission
Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.

2. Recording Tips
- Before you start presentation
Headphone or earphone with microphone
During recording, use the keyboard instead of the mouse to flip the presentation slides to prevent mouse sounds from being recorded.
To ensure full transparency, it is requested that any conflict of interest (COI) to be openly declared and identified at the beginning (or, end) of every presentation to inform the audience.
Please use the AOCC 2020 template provided for the declaration of the presence of COI.
