AOCC 2020
The 8th Annual Meeting of Asian Organization for CROHN'S & COLITIS
Gateway to Excellence in IBD Research and Practice
June 18 - 20, 2020 Busan, Korea

As the global situation has not markedly improved, AOCC 2020 will be held as a Virtual & Onsite Conference to address the concerns of foreign participants and to ensure the stability of the schedule.

Why did the meeting change to a Virtual + Onsite Congress?

Due to continuing safety concerns and public health restrictions with respect to large gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Organizing Committee have made the decision to transform this year’s annual meetings into a Virtual + Onsite Congress, including a Virtual Exhibition, to be held over the planned dates of 16-18 December 2020.

This will offer our community the possibility for educational exchanges, scientific news and best practice updates while protecting the safety, health, and well-being of all conference participants.

Will the Virtual + Onsite Congress take place at the same time as the meeting dates?

Yes, the platform will be open from 16-18 December 2020, with some sessions live-streamed according to the program schedule.

In addition, the platform and all sessions will be available on-demand for a certain period of time. It will be offered to all registrants for free.

Is real-time Q&A possible?
Yes, real-time Q&A is possible. All Virtual participants will be able to join in interactive communication and ask questions through the Virtual Congress website. The session chair will pick some questions and ask speakers questions on your behalf. Onsite participants can ask their questions directly to speakers. All Q&A will be streamed in real time via the Virtual platform.
